The history of our company dates back to 1963 and was started by Joe Roessler in Cleveland Ohio.  The original name of the company was J.M. Roessler and Associates.

Gordon Roessler began working for the company in 1986 and expanded the territory of representation by adding Central Ohio and then Northwestern Ohio, Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky to the original Northeastern Ohio territory.

Gordon purchased the company from Joe Roessler in 1996 and changed the name of the company to Marketing Affiliates, Inc.

Steve Van Straten began working for the company in 1990 and purchased the company from Gordon Roessler in 2005.

Steve created a new company, Rep Source, LLC to purchase Marketing Affiliates.  The official name of the business is now Rep Source, LLC.   The Headquarters for Rep Source is located in Reynoldsburg (Central) Ohio, with branch office locations in Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 2007, Rep Source expanded the territory of representation by adding the State of Kentucky for various product lines.

We are proud that we continue to represent some of the original manufacturers that were represented when J.M Roessler and Associates was started in 1963.
